The OFFtools are an integrated digital solution for ship amanagement. They are DNV certified and approved by the German Flag State, where required (log-book). The comply with

• ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management)
• IMO ISM Code (International Safety Management Code for the Operation of Ships)

All Wallaby Boats are delivered "digital ready" and the OFFtools and a full S1000D / S2000M / SPEC 3.0/4.0 documentation are optionally available. Beforementioned documentations may be part of OFFtools but can also be provided in other systems.

We use a safe server for the database. Whitepaper can be made available on request.

The OFFtools consist of the following modules:

OFFmaint structures planned maintenance based on running hours or time. 

Maintenance jobs are described, required tools and supplies are provided and job executions are logged with an entry in the technical log-book.

Crew drills are scheduled and recorded with an automatic entry in the log-book.

Vessel certificates are monitored and the captain informed with sufficient pre-notice of upcoming expiries.

Stores and spare-parts, especially critical spare-parts are monitored and their location displayed. The responsible person in the organisation is warned if a minimum threshold of spares is reached and a purchase process can be started from OFFmaint.

By scanning the QR-code on a component with e.g. an iPad, the crew can directly access and record maintenence jos and history, enter a required repair or access manuals and other related documents.

OFFcrew provides an IMO crew-list with the crew and additional personnel on board. This list is part of the log-book and can be sent via email to the required recipients.

OFFcrew is logging work- and rest-times of the crew and provides a comprehensive monitoring of international and national rules and regulations. It is also providing an MLC-report for Port State Controles.

In case overtimes are agreed OFFcrew will provide the necessary information to the HR-department without further communication.

OFFhsseq is the central occupational health, safety, security, environmental and quality management tool. It is used for reporting and evaluating all relevant information. OFFhsseq is supported by a comprehensive risk assessment tool and all observations or incidents of risk assessed jobs are linked back to the appropriate risk assessment and the connected job descriptions and operational instructions. 

OFFhsseq is a closed loop tool.

The reporting part of OFFhsseq is easy to use and provides comprehensive KPI reporting, as well as automated report of accidents and incidents to authorities.

OFFops provdes all operational instructions to the crew at easy access to the pdf.

Additional information can be found by the crew through direct access to the relevant risk assessment and processes.

For operations requiring the use of check-lists the check-lists can be directly accessed through OFFops.

OFFpar is one of the most powerful parts of the OFFtools.

All components of the vessel are listed in the parts tree. The entries include numerous information to each component, such as

• location (room and xyz within the room)
• technical details also including weight, dimensions
• specifications
• tests (FAT, HAT, SAT)
• costs
• details (power (in/out), SFI-code, S1000D / S2000M / SPEC 3.0/4.0 identifier, suppliers, direct links do relevant drawings and manuals)

From the data contained in the parts list the COG can be determined and various load cased may be generated.

A purchase process can be started from the OFFpar and offers from suppliers can be evaluated.

Tests are logged in the OFFpar test function and results are made available to all users.

Last but not least a comprehensive FMEA can be generated in OFFpar and linked to risk assessments in OFFhsseq.

An energy balance can be generated, taking parallel use of consumers and various energy source settings into account.

Spare parts are defined in OFFpar and classified as critical spare parts as required. This information is made available in OFFmaint and the store keeping tool.
